These terms apply to this website and to the information on it. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. They do not change or replace the terms of any application or lease, and nothing in them limits the rights you have as an applicant or a resident under North Carolina law.

Who we are

Parr Investments, Inc. is a North Carolina corporation that designs, builds, owns and manages apartment communities in Winston-Salem, Clemmons and Kernersville. You can contact the office or any of our leasing offices.

Information on this site

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but rents, availability, fees, floor plans, features and photographs all change, and a page may be out of date by the time you read it. Nothing on this site is an offer to lease a home. Only a signed lease creates a tenancy, and the lease and your application govern its terms. Please confirm rent, availability and fees with the leasing office before relying on them.

Photographs may show model homes or furnishings that are not included with an apartment. Floor plans are illustrative, and dimensions and square footage are approximate. Pictures of communities under construction show what is planned and may differ from what is built.

Fair housing

Parr Investments complies with the federal Fair Housing Act and the North Carolina State Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability. If you need a reasonable accommodation or modification to apply for, tour or live in one of our homes, tell the leasing office and we will work with you.

Tours, applications and payments

Scheduling a tour, applying for a home and any payment happen through other companies’ services (Calendly and Blue Moon) or at the leasing office, under their terms and the terms of your application. This website itself takes no payments and holds no payment details.

Our content

The text, photographs, drawings, videos, logos and design of this site belong to Parr Investments or to those who have licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in choosing a home. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use the site’s content for any other purpose without our written permission. Parr Investments and the names of our communities are our trade names.

Reviews

The resident reviews on this site are from residents of our communities and may be shortened for length. They describe individual experiences, which vary.

Using the site

You may not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to reach the site’s editing tools or the staff portal, or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising or abuse. The editor and the maintenance portal are for authorized staff only.

Links to other companies’ websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

No warranty, and limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the extent North Carolina law allows, Parr Investments is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your rights under a lease or under landlord–tenant law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute about the site is to be brought in the state or federal courts serving Forsyth County, North Carolina.
