Three more coming to Kernersville and Clemmons.
The Reserve at Smith Crossing, completed in 2017, was our first of four residential communities in Kernersville. This community features 376 apartment homes and launched our 1,348 planned apartments for the Kernersville market.
Since then we have opened The Grand at Union Cross, adding 272 apartment homes to the area. Both are complete and leasing. In development now: 1188 at Solomon brings 312 homes on completion and The Mallory at Union Square will add another 388, taking Kernersville to 700 more homes.
West of Winston-Salem, The Lake at Belmont brings 352 homes to the Village of Clemmons on a 37-acre former horse farm — our second community there, and the third project under way.
