I have enjoyed living here for the past almost 3 years. Only moving now due to work. Maintenance has always been fast, the people in the office are always friendly and helpful. The Complex is pretty quiet, no issues with anyone messing with my car or taking my packages. I will definitely miss the size of my master bedroom and the master closet!

I have been here for almost 2 years, and I love it! The people who live here are friendly, the staff is helpful, and the maintenance crew is prompt. There are so many fun get-togethers for everyone every month, and a bingo you can enter to win a month off of rent. The pool is beautiful, with a place where you can sit in the water and read if you want, or just splash and cool off. My apartment is well-appointed and just the right size for my daughter and me. Living on the third floor at first was a challenge, but now it's part of my daily workout routine, and we get to see the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. I have never felt so at home in an apartment as I do now. When I think about buying a house, I hesitate because this place is the best. We are right across the street from Meadowlark Elementary and Middle School and the Muddy Creek Greenway. All we have to do is walk across the street. We have Sheetz, a Neighborhood Walmart, and a quaint little bar with music, food trucks, and occasionally vendors, all within walking distance. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you, Brookberry Reserve, for giving us a home we love.

The pool area feels like a private resort, perfect for relaxing. Lacy and the staff are professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to residents' comfort. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—close to top restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, yet peaceful and quiet when you're home. This apartment isn’t just a place to live; it’s a lifestyle. Highly recommend to anyone looking for elevated city living. Ask for lacy when you arrive!! She's amazing!!

I just relocated from Florida there were a lot of logistics to coordinate from florida to secure my apartment home the office ladies were so helpfull and patient with all my questions and emails this has been truly one of the best moves I've had and the neighbors have been ao friendly coming from a busy city Pompano Beach and the noise its nice to hear the birds and the quietness I am very happy to be apart of the Brookberry community Thank you Emily,Lacy,Sheena

I had the sweetest stay at The Reserve at Brookberry Farm Apartments! From the leasing management team to the maintenance team, the staff are absolute professionals - friendly, courteous, supportive and family-oriented. The community is perfectly designed for evening strolls along the beautiful walkways, and the amenities are top-notch. I loved spending time at the swimming pool, gym, and movie theater - perfect for quality time with family or solo relaxation. The apartments themselves were impeccably maintained, and any service requests are attended to promptly. The environment is quiet, clean, and safe - no drama or hassle! It's an ideal place to raise kids, with excellent public elementary and high schools nearby. The Reserve at Brookberry Farm Apartments is nestled in a prime location, surrounded by great neighborhoods. If I weren't relocating out-of-state, I wouldn't want to leave! Been here almost a month now. The ladies at the leasing office are super friendly and helpful. Moving here from Charlotte and previously Chicago, I’ve lived in MANY apartments. This gem wasn’t even on my list of places to tour. But driving past, I saw these apartments on a hill over looking a MASSIVE park and dog park across the street. It’s super convenient located, 15 from downtown but still far away where you get that country feel. Walmart is just around the corner and Publix is less than 5 minutes away. I feel super safe living here and they even let me paint the walls! The apartment was SPOTLESS when I moved in, almost like no one has ever lived in it before. Highly recommend.
