Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; browsers also offer similar storage (called local and session storage) that works the same way. This page lists every one this site uses, what it is for, and how to change your choice. The table at the bottom is generated from the site’s own code, so it stays in step with what the site actually does.

Your choice

The cookies and storage the site needs to work are always on. Everything else is off until you say yes on the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your answer at any time with the button below. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a no and do not ask.

Necessary

• Your cookie choice itself, so we do not ask again.
• Our own visitor statistics, which use a random identifier that lives only as long as the browser tab and carry nothing that identifies you. These are not cookies, and they are never sent to anyone else.
• A note that you closed a leasing special, so the same one does not reappear for thirty days.
• For staff who sign in to edit the site, the cookies that keep them signed in. Visitors never receive these.

Optional

• Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used and shows us heat maps and anonymized playbacks, with anything typed hidden. It sets cookies of its own and works under Microsoft’s privacy statement.
• Google Analytics is not in use today. If we add it, it will appear in the table below and will run only with your consent.

Other companies

Video tours use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which sets no cookies until you press play. Links to Calendly, Blue Moon, Google Maps, Indeed and our social media pages take you to those companies’ sites, where their own cookie policies apply.

Controlling cookies in your browser

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings, and lets you clear a site’s storage. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working, such as remembering your cookie choice.
