Been renting here since November and I love it! Staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and maintained well. If you have a maintenance problem, it's usually fixed the same day. Highly recommend this community for friendly quiet living.

I love my apartment at The Grand! Great personnel, and Maintenance is always responsive to our needs. I needed a grab bar for the shower after surgery, and it was installed the day I requested it. Great job!
We lived at The Grand for just over a year and have nothing but great things to say about our experience here. Our apartment was beautiful, and the neighborhood is well kept, quiet, and safe. Maintenance was always responsive and timely. Jamie Lynn and Maci in the front office were nothing short of amazing! They were flexible with us when it came to our move in and move out dates and were always happy to help us with any questions or concerns.
We have LOVED living at the Grand at Union Cross!! This has been a great community with fantastic amenities. The apartments are new and have great value for the price. The location near I-40 is convenient for quick access to both Winston-Salem and Greensboro. Jamie Lynn and Maci in the front office are the best staff that we have ever interacted with. They are attentive and quick to handle any issues. We highly recommend these apartments for anyone in the Triad.
The Assistant Manager Maci was absolutely great. I had a tough ask of moving in quickly and she got me approved and ready to move the next day. One of the best Apartment home environments I’ve seen or been apart of. Highly recommend checking it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Maci and staff
We’ve been here for 7 months so far and it has been a wonderful experience! The very attentive staff is quick to help with any requests or needs. There are a ton of fun community activities- food trucks, trunk or treat, paint parties- looking forward to the pool opening! The apartments are well-laid out and make good use of space. Highly recommend!
