I moved here June of 2025. I was nervous when I stopped in because I have never lived in an apartment. From the moment I walked in and met Alicia I felt like I was home. She was so nice and easy to talk to. I absolutely love living here. Alicia is fabulous and makes it feel like a true neighborhood. It feels like family. The whole staff is awesome.

I am in my 13th year living here. Our manager Alicia is the best manager I have had . She cares about her residents and the complex. She gets things done for her residents and takes pride in THE POINTE AT ROBINHOOD VILLAGE WAY. It is In walking distance to a grocery store bank drug store Eye care. Restaurants etc. COME AND TAKE A TOUR IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME.

I could not be happier with my decision to move here a year ago! The apartment itself is spacious and very quiet. I love the proximity of the shopping and dining in the area. The staff is absolutely fabulous and plan the funnest events like, bingo nights and smores by the pool! The maintenance guys have always promptly took care of any issues when they have arose. So many great things to love about this place, movie theater, pool, gym, spacious apartment and friendly staff!

Living at The Reserve at Smith Crossing has been a great experience. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. The apartments are comfortable, and the common areas are always taken care of. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever we need anything. I really enjoy living here and feel comfortable calling this place home. I would definitely recommend The Reserve at Smith Crossing to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live!

James and Damien are the best maintenance duo on the property! They arrived within a reasonable amount of time and were very kind, polite, and respectful. They fixed the problem quickly and left my home looking even better than when they arrived. The leasing office is top-tier as well. This is a 5-out-of-5 apartment complex that you should definitely consider moving to!

My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost a year now and we will be renewing our lease. We absolutely love it here. The community is amazing and the apartments are so nice and spacious. Angie and the other office managers are so lovely and helpful. They even offered to promote my pet sitting business and made a flyer to hang up throughout the community. It is also such a perfect distance from things in Kernersville, Winston, Greensboro, and High Point. I would definitely recommend Smith crossing apartments to anyone looking for somewhere in Kernersville!

I have enjoyed living here for the past almost 3 years. Only moving now due to work. Maintenance has always been fast, the people in the office are always friendly and helpful. The Complex is pretty quiet, no issues with anyone messing with my car or taking my packages. I will definitely miss the size of my master bedroom and the master closet!

I lived here from 2020-2023, and I moved because I needed time to recalibrate and get my finances in order after enduring a season of hardship. The place to which I moved paled tremendously in comparison to Providence Pointe, and it was evident from the first day I moved in. I ended up having to spend two years there, which was time spent in less than ideal conditions, but I was able to significantly improve my credit and income. When it was a few months out from lease renewal, Providence Pointe was my first choice for a prospective “new” home. To say I was thrilled when I received my approval would be an understatement. We have been back here for going on 10 months now and couldn’t be happier. Addie and the office folks are always so friendly, and the maintenance team is excellent, as well. Although I always hear of the fun events they have for residents after the fact (my fault, not theirs), they are constantly looking for ways to encourage community-building and resident connection through various activities. My only concerns are the inconsiderate dog owners who don’t pick up after their pets (I have a dog of my own, so I know how simple it is to do) and the careless individuals who choose to litter on the otherwise beautifully maintained grounds. I absolutely love my apartment, and the value can’t be beat anywhere in the city. So happy to call Providence Pointe home again! 💚

I have been here for almost 2 years, and I love it! The people who live here are friendly, the staff is helpful, and the maintenance crew is prompt. There are so many fun get-togethers for everyone every month, and a bingo you can enter to win a month off of rent. The pool is beautiful, with a place where you can sit in the water and read if you want, or just splash and cool off. My apartment is well-appointed and just the right size for my daughter and me. Living on the third floor at first was a challenge, but now it's part of my daily workout routine, and we get to see the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. I have never felt so at home in an apartment as I do now. When I think about buying a house, I hesitate because this place is the best. We are right across the street from Meadowlark Elementary and Middle School and the Muddy Creek Greenway. All we have to do is walk across the street. We have Sheetz, a Neighborhood Walmart, and a quaint little bar with music, food trucks, and occasionally vendors, all within walking distance. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you, Brookberry Reserve, for giving us a home we love.

Unlike many places, they actually pick up the phone when you call! The office staff is incredibly helpful with any problem, and the maintenance crew is top-tier—they are professional, quick to respond, and get the job done right the first time. ​The community amenities are excellent. The pool is amazing, and the fitness room is always clean and well-maintained. As a pet owner, I also love how welcoming this complex is; having a dog park right on-site is a huge plus, and you can tell they truly value their four-legged residents. ​The location is also hard to beat. It’s right by the college and plenty of local restaurants, and it's very convenient to have the hospitals so close by. Plus, the community events they host throughout the year really make it feel like home. It’s rare to find a place in Winston-Salem that balances such great facilities with a truly responsive and friendly staff. I highly recommend Bromley Park!

From day one, every time we’ve needed help with a maintenance issue, he has shown up quickly, always polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jay truly stands out—not only does he know his craft inside and out, but he also takes the time to make sure everything is done right the first time. He’s pleasant to talk to, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents here. It makes such a difference having someone who goes above and beyond and does it with such a great attitude. Huge props to Jay for being awesome at what he does—we really appreciate him!

My dad and I been living over here at Bromley park Apartments for six years and I absolutely have nothing bad to say about this community. We may seen different faces in the office but they all were nice. Managers and the maintenance team catered to our needs whenever we needed them our community is clean and they even cater to the people pets needs so that’s a plus. I like the fact that we can all go to the office and pick a snack of choice we wanted lol not only that but they do have community activities every month for the tenants whether it’s come get a hotdog or some ice cream I love that about this community I feel like we’re family.

I've been a Bromley Park resident since April 2024, I absolutely love my living experience! First, the management team of Lauren and Ms. Susan are exceptional, first class in resident services and always attentive to any areas of concern. Whenever, I submit a maintenance request via the Loft portal, Eric and his team are all over the request the very same day depending on timing and if the needed part(s) are on hand. My neighbors above and surrounding my apartment are mature, respectful and quiet. Once every blue moon, I hear my overhead neighbor walk across his/her floor. If you’re searching for a professional and caring staff, peace and quiet, as well as a great bang for your bucks, look no further than Bromley Park Apartments. I guarantee you will love it here.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and I am grateful for the kind people in the office and on maintenance here! Despite it being very central to some busy roads here in Winston-Salem, it feels more remote with the greenery around.

Bromley Park has proven to be much better than I ever expected. They keep up with all of the amenities that my old apartment complex always forgot. They pressure wash the stairs, pick up all the dog poop, maintain the landscaping, and are always on time with any request we have. The two women in the office are always extremely pleasant and helpful. Lauren has always found a way to help find a solution when needed, and Susan has always been great too. This is a great community!

Maintenance was always responsive and timely. Jamie Lynn and Maci in the front office were nothing short of amazing! They were flexible with us when it came to our move in and move out dates and were always happy to help us with any questions or concerns.

I recently move to NC from Hartford Connecticut and I absolutely love living here. The maintenance is top shelf. Richard is amazing, prompt , professional, and courteous. I’m in a wheelchair and anytime he sees me outside arriving or departing from the complex he always comes up to me asking if I need assistance. This isn’t apart of job; but this speaks to the quality of the person and staff. The office manager is so nice and accommodating as well. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Living at Legacy Park has been a pleasant time! It’s a great location where you can get anywhere in W-S in 15 minutes, affordable, and maintenance is a pretty quick turnaround. I also recently met Taylor on staff, and he’s doing great. A very kind and welcoming presence!

I love Legacy Park and I would HIGHLY recommend living here. I no longer live at Legacy, but during my 5+ year stay, I loved every minute of it. The maintenance guys were incredibly attentive and always solved any issue I had. The office staff was always so helpful, friendly, and kind. They do all kinds of fun resident events where people can get together and enjoy the community! I even made a couple of friends! Plus, the events usually always have food. I LOVE FOOD, lol... The location near I-40 is convenient for quick access to both Winston-Salem and Greensboro. Jamie Lynn and Maci in the front office are the best staff that we have ever interacted with. Been here almost a month now. The ladies at the leasing office are super friendly and helpful. Moving here from Charlotte and previously Chicago, I’ve lived in MANY apartments. This gem wasn’t even on my list of places to tour. But driving past, I saw these apartments on a hill over looking a MASSIVE park and dog park across the street. It’s super convenient located, 15 from downtown but still far away where you get that country feel. Walmart is just around the corner and Publix is less than 5 minutes away. I feel super safe living here and they even let me paint the walls! The apartment was SPOTLESS when I moved in, almost like no one has ever lived in it before. Highly recommend.

We’ve been here for 7 months so far and it has been a wonderful experience! The very attentive staff is quick to help with any requests or needs. There are a ton of fun community activities- food trucks, trunk or treat, paint parties- looking forward to the pool opening! The apartments are well-laid out and make good use of space. All the staff at Providence Pointe Apartments are Absolutely Phenomenal and I appreciate them very much. Providence Pointe is a great place to live and I really enjoy the activities and events.

I’ve lived here for a year and love everything about Clemmons Town Center. I moved from California and it was such an easy transition. This is a safe neighborhood I have a 14 year old son and that is very important to me. Especially not knowing the area. Lori who works in the office and she is so kind and so nice to my family. She is the perfect example of southern hospitality! The maintenance crew is so awesome. Anything you need fixing they come right away and they’re so kind to my family and I. We’ve lived in a lot of different apartment complexes and this is by far the best place to live. I want to Thank the entire front office and maintenance crew for making this an awesome place to live!!!

I just LOVE Jennifer and Sandy in the office!! They are the reason I live here. They ensure that any maintenance requests I need taken care of are done expedentially! Jennifer also creates the coolest weekly events for our community. She is the BEST!!! Take a tour at Legacy Park. You won't regret it.

My wife and I lived here for about 18 months and just moved out. It was the best renting experience we have ever had! Move in and move out were both smooth with no hidden costs. The apartment was so nice, and we always felt very safe in the complex, even going outside at night. Maintenance was always quick to come repair anything when requested. The office staff was always helpful and pleasant to talk to, and we feel that they went out of their way to make things easier for us and make our experience great! We only moved out because we moved to a different state to be closer to family, and we were sad to leave these apartments, and don’t look forward to renting anywhere else because it will be hard to find somewhere else nearly as great! Also, when we moved out of other apartments in the past the management of other apartments sometimes tried to gouge us with huge move out costs, but that was not the case here. Everything was so reasonable. Lori, one of the office staff, was especially always so helpful and kind. 5/5 star recommend! Wonderful apartments and management!!

Lived here for almost 2 years and I loved it ! If you’re looking for a hidden quiet place close to everything then I say move here ! The office staff are amazing and they are on top of maintenance. Very peaceful place to call home . I bought a house or I will still be there .Melanie hopefully I spelled it correct and Albert are wonderful people to work with !

The maintenance team is always very respectful, helpful, and quick to respond to any work orders I put in. They are incredibly mindful of my pet when coming into my apartment, and have always been kind and considerate to myself, my pet, and any guests I have. Last Friday I put a work order in with urgency, and within a few hours, someone was at my apartment and the problem was fixed within 15 minutes. They're the best!

I lived here for two years and never had any issues. This is the quietest apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff was always kind and quick to reply to my emails. Maintenance issues were taken care of within 24 hours.

I have enjoyed being at Carlyle Place. The location is fantastic and it’s quiet. When I’ve had any concerns or questions, Emily has been the absolute best. You can tell she genuinely cares and I appreciate that so much. She has been a HUGE help.

Wonderful neighborhood, staff, and apartments! I’ve only lived here a year but Carlyle’s staff made the process of coming from a different city such an ease! Melanie was so kind and sweet and helped us out in the beginning a LOT. Emily is an amazing and kind manager as well, who is always available and happy to help. Now at the end of our lease and sadly we are moving states or I would be renewing again with Carlyle! Neighbors have also been super kind and the scenery around the place is unlike any other place I’ve lived. Beautiful trees, landscaping, the works. Truly makes me smile every time I’m coming home :)!

I recently just moved in for a temporary stay and was not excited about apartment living, however Stafford Place quickly changed my thoughts! I absolutely love my apartment and other residents are so friendly! The location here is the very best and just a few minutes away from my office. The Property Manager, Keesha is absolutely wonderful while always being so kind and welcoming. Upon moving in I had a few requests that were met in a speedy “Jimmy John’s” fast time! My expectations have been exceeded and I cannot wait for time in the beautiful fountained pool😊

Cheri at the front office is a true gem and she helped me feel comfortable and secure when deciding if Stafford Place was going to be the place I call home while completing PA school at WFU! 10/10 recommend!

I have been living in several apartments own by Parr Management for 10 years now. 8 years here at Carlyle Place. The neighborhood is a good place to live, and the apartments are nice to live in too. I would recommend this place to anyone that like living comfortable, in a well kept up place.
