Lovely customer service! Sandy and Jenna were so helpful in answering my questions and open to showing me around! Jenna helped so much during my application process and helped me feel confident that this was the right choice for my new home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve lived at Legacy Park Apartments for two years, and I cannot say enough great things about Joaquin (Jay), the Maintenance Manager. From day one, every time we’ve needed help with a maintenance issue, he has shown up quickly, always polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jay truly stands out—not only does he know his craft inside and out, but he also takes the time to make sure everything is done right the first time. He’s pleasant to talk to, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents here. It makes such a difference having someone who goes above and beyond and does it with such a great attitude. Huge props to Jay for being awesome at what he does—we really appreciate him!

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and I am grateful for the kind people in the office and on maintenance here! Despite it being very central to some busy roads here in Winston-Salem, it feels more remote with the greenery around.

Sandy, the property manger was very helpful and provided a very thorough tour. Would definitely recommend to anyone apartment hunting.

Living at Legacy Park has been a pleasant time! It’s a great location where you can get anywhere in W-S in 15 minutes, affordable, and maintenance is a pretty quick turnaround. I also recently met Taylor on staff, and he’s doing great. A very kind and welcoming presence!

I love Legacy Park and I would HIGHLY recommend living here. I no longer live at Legacy, but during my 5+ year stay, I loved every minute of it. The maintenance guys were incredibly attentive and always solved any issue I had. The office staff was always so helpful, friendly, and kind. They do all kinds of fun resident events where people can get together and enjoy the community! I even made a couple of friends! Plus, the events usually always have food. I LOVE FOOD, lol... Anyway, they have a luxury style pool, a movie theater, a fitness center, and a really cool dog park! If you're in the need for a new home, check out Legacy Park! - Take care and live well

I just LOVE Jennifer and Sandy in the office!! They are the reason I live here. They ensure that any maintenance requests I need taken care of are done expedentially! Jennifer also creates the coolest weekly events for our community. She is the BEST!!! Take a tour at Legacy Park. You won't regret it.

I lived here for two years and never had any issues. This is the quietest apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff was always kind and quick to reply to my emails. Maintenance issues were taken care of within 24 hours.
