Through Parr Construction, Inc., a sister company of Parr Investments, we have recently secured coveted residential locations to serve Kernersville’s multi-family needs. These locations will consist of over 960 apartment homes.

The Reserve at Smith Crossing is our first of three residential communities in Kernersville which was completed in 2017. This community consist of 376 apartment homes kicking off our 648 planned apartments for the Kernersville market.

The Grand at Union Cross (Open, Now Leasing!)

The Grand at Union Cross, our second community in the Kernersville area began construction in 2023 and opened in 2024. Located directly off I-40 at the Union Cross exit, this incredible location will offer a short 10-minute commute to the quaint downtown area of Kernersville while also providing the convenience of a 15-minute drive to Winston Salem, High Point and Greensboro. Situated directly behind the new Cracker Barrel, the community provides evolving growth for shopping and dining including Culver's, Dairy Queen, and Starbucks.

The Grand at Union Cross has 272 apartment homes. These spacious homes provide the community with 96 1-bedrooms, 156 2-bedrooms and 24 3-bedrooms. This upscale new community includes a resort style pool, fitness center, movie theater, community wide WIFI, and a Resident Activity Center to use for private gatherings, which is located behind the pool and grilling area.

1188 at Solomon

1188 at Solomon has been successfully rezoned and will consist of 312 apartment homes. There will be a mixture of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom spacious floor plans with a luxury amenity package including community wide Wi-Fi. The centralized location near our sister properties will build on our commitment to provide the Kernersville area with luxury apartment living. This community will provide residents with walking access to the growing area including the new Starbucks, Whataburger, Rio Grande Kitchen & Cantina, and Chick-Fil-A.

The Lake at Belmont

Parr Investments Inc. is proud to announce our second community in the Village of Clemmons, The Lake at Belmont. Belmont will be one of our future projects and our 12th location in the Forsyth County area. Cushioned directly between both 421 and I-40 and with a less than 2-mile drive to the restaurant and retail corridor of the Village of Clemmons, The Lake at Belmont will offer a prime location for not only convenience but also top tier schools in the Triad such as Morgan Elementary and West Forsyth High School.

The 37.2-acre site is formerly known as Belmont Estate, a retired horse farm. The 4-acre lake fed by a natural spring will offer an excellent opportunity to fish or just relax and take in the lush surroundings and abundance of wildlife.

The Lake at Belmont will have 360 apartment homes. There will be 140 one-bedroom units, 192 two-bedroom units and 28 three-bedroom units.
